Rebecca Kitchingham

Rebecca is a partner at CMS in Sheffield, specialising in Real Estate law and particularly in the investment, financing and development fields. She leads the team for a number of the firm’s major institutional clients with experience across a wide range of sectors, from City offices, to multi-let industrial estates and niche healthcare facilities.

Rebecca has a background in both English and Scots law having qualified in 1992 as a Scottish solicitor and becoming dual qualified in English law in 1998. She was made a partner with CMS in 2004.
