Pro Bono Legal Officer

Jessica is the Pro Bono Legal Officer and is responsible for the pro bono broker service to bring our legal partners together with development partners, touching upon a range of legal issues across a wide variety of jurisdictions. Prior to joining A4ID, Jessica garnered extensive experience in criminal law and public law advocacy as a barrister in Hong Kong. She was active in defending cases related to protests and national security.

Jessica is native in Cantonese, with professional fluency in English and Mandarin. She has her legal column at a well-established Chinese newspaper reaching both Asia and Canada.
