As the ROLE UK Programme Finance and Administration Assistant, Etleva supports the team with daily finance and administration tasks. With over 10 years’ financial management experience in the private sector, Etleva decided to move into the charity sector to work for A4ID and learn more about law and development.

Etleva’s previous work in finance and business management has given her exposure to a diverse range of tasks and ensured she is well-equipped for her role at A4ID. Before she moved to the UK in 2011, Etleva managed her family’s retail business in Albania. Etleva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Agricultural University of Tirana in Albania, a Diploma in Business, and a Diploma in Bookkeeping & Accounting.
