Learning & Knowledge Lead
Chandni is the Learning and Knowledge Lead and oversees the design and delivery of A4ID’s training activities, knowledge groups and learning resources as well as contributes to thought leadership on the SDG Legal Initiative. In her former role as Head of Policy at the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, she worked closely with the legal profession of England and Wales on several projects for law reform and policy development, seeking to bridge the gap between private sector thinking and public sector goals. Chandni has conducted academic research for the Centre for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics (Beijing, China); and co-authored a case-book examining alignment of Chinese overseas direct investment and macroeconomic policies with responsible business practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (published 2020).
Chandni holds a Masters Degree from the China University of Political Science and Law, where she examined hard and soft law mechanisms for improving compliance with the OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises.
