A podcast from our latest Responsible Business Knowledge Group session, held at White & Case on Tuesday 15 November 2011. Professor Peter Muchlinski, Professor in International Commercial Law at SOAS and author of Multinational Enterprises and the Law, and Sergio Moreno from the UK National Contact Point led the session.

In the session they explored the role and structure of the OECD National Contact Points (particularly the UK NCP), how the OECD Guidelines promote good practice, individual case studies in Malaysia and Pakistan, and the role of external and internal lawyers advising multinationals.
