Core Team
Executive Officer

Katie is A4ID's Executive Officer, overseeing the work of A4ID's Core Team. She works with the Board of Trustees to develop and implement strategy, business development and relationship management. Katie also manages A4ID's Newly Qualified Lawyers' Programme.
Before joining A4ID, Katie worked at Reed Smith. Katie is a qualified lawyer.
Office Manager & Company Secretary

Alex works as A4ID's Office Manager & Company Secretary. She is responsible for the management of A4ID's administration procedures, human resources, membership administration and oversight of A4ID's financial systems. Alex is also responsible for A4ID's Advisory Council and performs the Company Secretarial duties.
Before joining A4ID, Alex studied European Studies at the University of Kent.
Projects Officer

Elisabeth is A4ID's Projects Officer. She is responsible for managing A4ID's broker service and the relationships with its Development Partners and Legal Partners.
Before joining A4ID, Elisabeth worked as a lawyer for many years and as the Co-ordinator of a multi-partner pro bono project in Sydney. She has a Master of International and Community Development, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons in Psychology).
Membership and Communications Officer

Karim is responsible for A4ID's member services including A4ID's Training Programme, events, newsletter and A4ID Connect. Karim also manages A4ID's website.
Before coming to A4ID Karim was a legal researcher. He has a Law degree from Cambridge University and has spent eight months in Tanzania with Student Partnerships Worldwide.
Finance Officer

Andrew is A4ID's Finance Officer, handling most aspects of the finances within the office. He reports to the Office Manager and Company Secretary. Andrew prepares budgets, internal management accounts and annual financial accounts for the charity's Independent Examiner.
Andrew has been, and still is, involved with the Age Concern charitable movement for many years as a Finance Officer. Previously, he was employed in London handling clients' taxation affairs. Andrew commenced employment assisting on the audits of small and medium-sized companies.
Laura is an intern supporting the work of A4ID's Projects Officer.
Before joining A4ID, Laura qualified as a solicitor and undertook an internship with The Concerned for Working Children in India. She has a degree in Religious Studies from King's College London.
Laura is an intern with A4ID. She is assisting with a range of fundraising and media tasks and is also assisting Katie Hutt with the management of the Newly Qualified Lawyers' Programme (NQLP).
Before joining A4ID, Laura worked as a commercial litigation lawyer. She has a History and French degree from UCL and has spent six weeks in Bangalore working with a human rights NGO on an NQLP Placement.
